We are aware that the RAF Aerobatic team expect to display at the following sites in the UK on the dates given. Restriction of Flying Orders are likely to be issued for these and probably others which have not yet been finalised, but all will be promulgated by Mauve AIC and NOTAM closer to the time, and reminders will be broadcast on the NATS AIS Freephone number: 0500 354802, 08085 354802,  or on +44(0)1489 887515 on the day.
Between displays, the team may also carry out flypasts at various venues. These, while not subject to formal restrictions, might be considered places to avoid around the time of the flypast, and will also be advised by NOTAM. See also Flyontrack

CAA confirms Southend controlled airspace

The UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has today confirmed its approval of a request from London Southend Airport to establish controlled airspace (CAS) around the airport. However, the extent of the CAS original requested has been reduced following assessment work carried out by the CAA.

Army Flying Association, Middle Wallop. Annual Fly In / BBQ / Flour Bombing Comp

Ladies and Gentlemen,

On Sunday 17th August 2014 the Army Flying Association based at EGVP Middle Wallop is hosting its "By Invitation Only" Annual Fly in and BBQ and for this year, a Flour Bombing Competition.

As in previous years, this Invitation is extended to all Aircraft including Rotary with a connection to Military Aviation, together with an Invitation to flying clubs local to Middle Wallop.
